A Martin Downs Boulevard storefront in Palm City turning out thin-crust brick-oven pies in the New York manner, with a full liquor bar alongside. Sauces, dough and soups are made fresh daily, from recipes the owners trace back to Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. The kitchen also runs a proper Italian dinner card: chicken marsala in a house demi-glace with sauteed mushrooms, hand-breaded veal parmesan, veal marsala, shrimp scampi, and pasta by choice of penne, spaghetti, rigatoni, linguine or angel hair, gluten-free included. Salads, strombolis and lasagna round it out. Closed Mondays; dinner-only on weekends. The grandma pie is what draws repeat orders.
