The Palm Beach BrickTop's sits on South County Road and runs one long service, eleven to nine, seven days a week. It is an American room in the old sense: deviled eggs with sugar bacon, Shanghai shrimp in a sweet-and-spicy glaze, a wedge, and tuna tartare with avocado, mango and pine nuts. Then prime meatloaf made from sirloin, cedarwood planked salmon, jumbo lump crab cakes with remoulade, steak frites under sauce verte, prime rib au jus and filet mignon with bearnaise. A prime sushi list runs alongside. The stacked Palm Beach salad, crab and poached shrimp, is its own argument.
