Open on Okeechobee Boulevard since 1947 and run by three generations of the Lewis family, this West Palm Beach room bills itself as the oldest steakhouse in Florida. The draw is prime dry-aged beef, hand-cut in house - the eight-ounce Palm Beach sirloin is the house benchmark - backed by a cellar of more than 800 wines that the restaurant says made it the first in Palm Beach County to take Wine Spectator honours.
