Brine on the Bay keeps barbecue plain and portions honest: slow-cooked brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, smoked sausage links and ribs, served on a bun or as plates with cornbread and two homemade sides. Open with Texas Twinkies, grilled jalapenos stuffed with brisket and cream cheese and wrapped in bacon, or big daddy deviled eggs and smoked wings.
