Brittany opened a small cupcake bakery in downtown Lake City in 2023, outgrew it, and moved in July 2025 to a larger room on SW Main Boulevard. Over fifty flavors rotate through the case, with Sweet Strawberry the runaway seller and Wedding Cake close behind. Lunch is the other half of the business: chicken salad on a croissant, a chicken pesto panini with arugula and balsamic reduction, pimento deluxe and Monte Cristo paninis, Greek chicken and chef's salads, tuna melts. Allergy-sensitive cupcakes need two days' notice. Coffee and custom cakes fill the rest. Family-run, closed Sundays, and gone by five.
