Todd Brooks started with a secret patty recipe and one small Naples storefront; his family now runs a handful of burger rooms across the city. The build list is the draw: the Donut with bacon and American cheese, the Goober's peanut butter, Fig and Fine with fig jam and goat cheese, Korean with duck bacon and slaw, Todd's Way, the Twice Baked, a patty melt on rye. Beyond beef sit hot dogs, a grouper sandwich, Philly cheese, truffle and Parmesan Cajun fries. Every location pours from a full liquor bar. Diners come back for juicy cooked-to-order patties and the choice.
