Brown & Brown Farms runs Brown's Adventure Farm in Oxford, a family operation dating to 1955, open seasonally for fall festivals and weekend markets. Food stands scatter the grounds: The Farmers Feast grills burgers, chicken tenders, and pulled pork barbecue sandwiches; Cracker Cowboy Cantina turns out Mexican-style street tacos with a cowboy twist; Mama Kathy's Donuts fries strawberry, blueberry, and apple cider donuts; and Aunt Fannie's Funnel Cakes tops classic and chocolate versions with whipped cream. The Wonky Donkey silo bar pours a rotating lineup of craft beer and wine. Families come back season after season for the fair-day spread.
