BRUSCHETTA SARASOTA KEY WEST – Restaurant

Chef Marco Delzetti opened his first Bruschetta in Key West, then brought the idea north to Gulf Gate, where he designed and built the room himself. It seats thirty-six: blonde wood, Italian bottles ranged along the walls, dinner service only. Bruschetta arrives on the house, in classic, pepperoni, shrimp-and-pesto and salmon versions. After that come Nonna's Meatballs from his grandmother's recipe, carpaccio with rocket and parmigiano, grilled octopus, shrimp with gorgonzola, mussels marinara, risotto, and chicken or veal done Milanese and parmigiana. Daily specials lean to lasagna and eggplant. Tiramisu and limoncello close the meal, and those arrive complimentary too.
