Coral Gables has kept this Ponce de Leon Boulevard dining room busy since 1985, when it first opened as a fresh-pasta counter before growing into a full Italian kitchen. The pasta is still the point: tagliatelle alla Bugatti in a light cream sauce with ham and mushrooms, lobster ravioli San Marco, ravioli Bombay in curry with apples and raisins, spaghetti al cartoccio baked in parchment with clams. Start with tuna tartare or beef carpaccio; finish with tagliata di filetto or saffron risotto with baked shrimp. Pizza, gelato and a wine list round it out. Lunch through dinner, unhurried and consistent.
