BUGNUTTY BREWING COMPANY – Restaurant
The taproom sits inside a 1932 Buick dealership in Cocoa Village, brewery tanks in full view, a twelve-foot screen on the wall and two brewers with decades between them running the kettles. Food here is proper pub work rather than an afterthought: a jumbo pretzel with beer cheese and mustard, baked brie drizzled with honey and served with pita and apple, house-made hummus, BBQ bacon tots under wildcat sauce, chili tots, oven-baked wings by the six, ten or twenty, sauced to order. The kitchen runs Wednesday through Sunday. A Tuesday run club and a fourth-Friday comedy showcase keep it loud.
