BUILD MY BURGERS – Restaurant

Everything here starts as a blank slate. Pick a bun, potato, brioche or pretzel; pick a protein, single, double or triple beef, fried chicken, spicy fried chicken, a veggie patty or Impossible; then layer cheese, caramelized onions, mushrooms, jalapenos, potato sticks, a fried egg, guacamole or onion rings. Sauces run from sweet Thai chili to chipotle and honey mustard. Wings and tenders arrive four to ten pieces with fries, tossed in buffalo, barbecue or garlic parmesan. Sides include frings, half fries half onion rings. Handspun shakes and fried Oreos close it. Open daily from eleven until midnight in east Orlando.
