Lazy Moon is Orlando's answer to the New York slice, scaled up until it barely fits the plate. The dough is aged 72 hours from high-gluten spring wheat, the sauces are made from scratch, and the pies come in 20-inch and 30-inch formats for anyone brave enough. By the slice you either build your own or take one of the house combinations, with vegan cheese and vegan toppings taken seriously rather than tacked on.
