BULIES CAFE CORP – Restaurant

Doral-side Miami, an early-shift Cuban cafe where the coffee starts flowing at half past six in the morning and the shutters come down by four in the afternoon. Breakfast is the heart of it, eggs any way with ham or link sausage, steak or chicken breast served over rice, pancakes, and the sweet-and-savoury Amanecer Criollo. Snack cases hold empanadas, ham croquettes, tequenos, chicharrones and tamales wrapped in corn husk or filled with picadillo. Sandwiches come down to two, the Cuban and the media noche. Orange juice, orange and carrot, egg custard, flan. A plain neighbourhood counter that keeps working hours.
