BULLA GASTROBAR – Restaurant

At The Falls, Bulla keeps the Spanish gastrobar formula it built in Coral Gables: shareable plates, a Spanish wine list and a bar that stays busy. The tapas board runs long, taking in sauteed garlic shrimp with brandy and pepper flakes, salmon carpaccio, montaditos of brisket with tetilla cheese, chistorra con patatas, and mussels with chorizo in blue cheese sauce. Bigger appetites take grilled steak with truffled potato foam, or arroz caldoso. Happy hour runs Monday to Friday from three, weekends from four. Payment at the table is cashless only. Weekend brunch is the reservation worth booking ahead of time.
