Chef Leonardo Cuomo has been cooking on South US Highway 1 in Jupiter since 1993, with his wife Aleksandra running the room and a small granite bar handling the drink before dinner. The kitchen reads Italian with a modern edge: burratina and mortadella, marinated anchovies, Portuguese octopus and beef carpaccio to begin, then scialatelli with ragu Genovese, ravioli Capresi, tonnarelli pescatore, spaghetti cacio e pepe and linguine alle vongole. Branzino, veal chop, duck and rack of lamb hold the second courses. Tiramisu, ricotta tart and mini bomboloni close it out. Indoor tables or the patio outside, and private parties arranged.
