The pun does the work: a good burger and a cold draft in St. PetersBURG. Bill Georgiou, a USF graduate raised in his family's Greek restaurants, runs this Central Avenue pub in the Grand Central District, and his mother Maria's recipes came with him. Burgers run from a plain classic to an eight-ounce black Angus under cheddar, bacon and a fried egg, plus a double grilled cheese burger for the committed. Wings, salads, a Chicago dog, Philly cheese, steak tacos and feta fries round it out. The kitchen runs to one on weekends. Weekday happy hour runs four till seven.
