Bird Road, mid-afternoon to well past midnight, and the window is Venezuelan-Colombian to its core. All burgers can be built with beef, grilled chicken or crispy fried chicken, which is how one kitchen produces The Queen, The Big Boss, the Paisa, the Cubana, the Mexicana, the Velo de Novia and a Platano Burger. Salchipapas arrive classic or XL with chicharron. Cachapas come folded around fried pork. There are hot dogs too — the Hawaiano, the Platano, a bacon cheddar dog — plus empanadas, entradas and desserts. Late-night Miami food, unapologetically loaded, made for sharing and built for a hungry crowd.
