B'Z GELATI – Italian
B'z started as a Gainesville food truck and now has a permanent room, The Hive, on Northwest 23rd Avenue, with the trucks Queen Bee and Lil Honey still out working events. The product is gelati proper: layers of Italian ice and ice cream, except the ice cream is made in house and sweetened with unfiltered organic honey rather than pulled from a soft-serve machine. Ten ice flavours meet two ice creams, which is where the fifty-plus combinations come from. Pineapple, root beer, banana pudding, pink lemonade, and birthday cake. Dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan builds are all on the board too.
