Dinner runs Thursday through Saturday, led by chef Michelle Gioviti, whose own Tuscan roots shape the menu. A fromage-a-trois pasta, layered with several cheeses, has become a house favorite, and the kitchen roasts its own turkey and beef for sandwiches and paninis while making every pasta sauce from scratch. Beyond dinner, the building runs cooking classes and hosts private events and catering, a small operation built around one chef's point of view.
