CADILLAC COVE – Restaurant
A beachside tiki bar and kitchen on A1A in Satellite Beach with a menu far more ambitious than the thatch suggests. Smoked mahi fish dip arrives dusted with Old Bay; calamari inferno comes flash-fried with jalapenos and scorpion pepper aioli. Loaded fries run through cotija, Fleetwood barbecue and a brisket-chili disco. Burgers are double smash: Cadillac Smash, Bwana, Surf and Turf, the rye-pressed Pattillac Melt. Tacos, quesadillas, IPA-battered haddock, crab cakes and maple-jalapeno pork belly burnt ends round it out. Sunday brunch runs till two, the kitchen till ten. Space Coast irreverence, with a genuinely serious kitchen underneath it all.
