CAFE BY MISE EN PLACE – Restaurant
A proper sit-down restaurant behind security at Airside F, and the spin-off of a long-running Tampa dining room. Full service, chef-driven, open from six in the morning until quarter to eleven at night, and later if a flight slips. Breakfast means omelets, quinoa oatmeal, and shrimp with white cheddar grits. The rest of the day brings crispy Brussels sprouts, fried green tomato, a hummus platter, baby kale and Caesar salads, steak frites, pan-seared salmon, pasta paccheri. Vegan and gluten-free items are marked, and there is a real wine and cocktail list, plus a children's menu. Airport dining without the compromise.
