A yellow house on Broad Street in Masaryktown, south of Brooksville, turns out Cuban cooking from scratch on a lunch-hours schedule. The pressed sandwiches carry the counter: the large Cuban, the Miami Cuban, media noche, a Havana club stacked with turkey, ham, bacon and Swiss, roast beef with provolone, breaded steak.
