CAFETERIA RIKO RIKO – Restaurant

A Peruvian cafeteria on West Flagler that opens at eight and shuts by four, built for the breakfast and lunch trade rather than dinner. The kitchen leans hard into chifa: chaufa de pollo, de carne, de camaron or mixto out of a hot wok, tallarin saltado in the same combinations, and lomo saltado with strips of steak, vegetables and fries piled over white rice. Pollo and camaron salteado follow the same formula. Ceviche de pescado comes cured in lemon, cilantro and house chilli. Takeout and delivery do a good deal of the work here. Honest Peruvian cooking at fair prices.
