Open on Southwest 72nd Street since 2003, this Miami dining room folds tropical accents into a classic Italian kitchen. Starters run to carpaccio di manzo with shaved parmesan and capers, insalata di notte, caprese built on buffalo mozzarella, and calamari fritti with fra diavolo marinara. The mains reward slow ordering: mezze lune di zucca in sage sauce, ravioli di aragosta, linguine con vongole, risotto trifolato with three mushrooms and truffle oil, rollatini di pollo stuffed with crab, ossobuco alle Milanese, costolette di notte.
