A family-run Italian kitchen on East Semoran Boulevard in Apopka, worked by two brothers and two cousins, cooking to order rather than reheating. Ingredients trace to the Amalfi Coast. Start with focaccia caprese, eggplant rollatini, shrimp buona sera, fresh black mussels or the biancaneve garlic knots. Then choose sides of the menu: baked fettuccini Roberto, penne aum aum, gnocchi alla sorrentina, tortellini alla panna, or seafood pasta like linguine pescatore and calamari fra diavolo. Chicken and veal come piccata, marsala, gorgonzola. Pizzas include La Bella Simona and Ricotta Bianca. There are indoor and outdoor tables, and it opens every day.
