CAFFEINE – Restaurant

Caffeine Roasters runs on Tampa mornings, roasting Arabica beans from Africa and Latin America and putting a real kitchen behind the espresso machine. Breakfast stays available all day: avocado toast dusted with red chilli, an egg and cheese croissant from a local bakery, lemon aioli and egg biscuits, veggie egg wraps, French crepes, acai bowls and homemade quiche. Lunch shifts to baguettes and salads, among them the ABLT, chicken pesto mozzarella, roasted veggies on seven-grain, roasted chicken salad and a tuna melt. Regulars treat it as a second office.
