CAJUN CRAB HUT – Restaurant

A boil-and-bar room on US Highway 1 South, south of St. Augustine, done up in ocean colours and open until eleven on Friday and Saturday nights. Build a bag: snow crab, blue crab, king crab, shrimp with or without heads, clams, black or green mussels, then Cajun or house special sauce and a heat level from mild to extra hot. Corn and potatoes come with. Monday through Thursday each carry their own three-item special. The fryer handles catfish, flounder, scallop and oyster baskets, hush puppies, fried pickles and calamari. Key lime pie or fried cheesecake to finish. Gloves strongly advised.
