Harbourside Place on Dockside Circle holds the Jupiter branch of this Mexican cantina, built around craft cocktails and draft beer poured cold at twenty-nine degrees. Ceviches are a strength: cobia in leche de tigre with sweet potato and chili oil, or spicy ahi tuna with yuzu ginger puree. Fajitas arrive over rajas with grilled corn and guacamole, and the chipotle carne asada is ten ounces with crispy fingerlings and chipotle bearnaise. Pozole verde with hominy and chickpeas, and a street corn caesar, cover the lighter end. Weekend brunch runs from late morning into the afternoon. Toasted coconut tres leches finishes.
