Callaway Slice House sits on North Bob Little Road, one of four Panama City-area shops, doing dine-in and takeout. The by-the-slice board runs to dozens of builds, among them Cheesus, El Diablo, Thaipocalypse, Truffle Shuffle and Boom Shakalaka, layering shaved ribeye, apple cider bacon, peppadews, smoked gouda and ghost pepper sauce over oil-and-garlic or red bases.
