Calypso Market is the poolside convenience stop at Calypso Cay Resort in Kissimmee, doing double duty as sunscreen-and-floats shop and food counter. Starbucks coffee anchors the drinks side, and the counter turns out breakfast plates, pizza by the slice and scooped ice cream for guests coming off the resort's three heated pools and waterslides. It sits a short walk from the property's Tiki Bar and Grill and mini-golf course, making it the easiest stop for a fast bite between pool time and Castaway Cove's zip line and rope course. Inspectors have checked in on the kitchen four times so far.
