An Argentine bakery-cafe on NE 123rd Street that opens at eight and shuts by half five, Caminito Way runs on the Buenos Aires daily rhythm rather than the dinner rush. Empanadas and sandwiches de miga lead the board; behind them sit tartas, canelones de espinaca, milanesa de pollo, bistec asado under chimichurri and a soup of the day. Cafeteria, postres, galletitas and golosinas fill the counter, and a separate Friday menu appears each week. Breakfast starts early and on Sunday the place closes at half three. Takeout and delivery both work, but the counter is where it makes most sense.
