An Old Florida fish camp on Lake Kissimmee, Camp Mack pairs a marina, a forty-room lodge and full-hookup RV sites with a proper place to eat and drink. The dining room is Freshwater Tavern & Grill, relaunched in 2025 on the site of the old Gator Mack's: a full-service bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and a rotating American menu built around light tavern fare rather than a fixed card. There is a stage for live music, trivia, bingo and karaoke, plus darts, pool and televised sport. Anglers, airboat passengers and locals all end up here. Old Florida, and still running.
