CAMPO – Restaurant
Campo is the restaurant inside Casa Faena on Collins Avenue, cooking Latin-inspired New American food from South Florida ingredients and leaning hard on what is in season. Brunch runs daily from nine to four: chilaquiles under eggs, bagels stacked with flank steak, chipotle and tomato confit, smoothies and garden salads. Dinner, Wednesday through Sunday, opens on raw bar and ceviche before robata skewers, sushi with local salmon, ramen and vegetable-forward sides; crispy chicken arrives as bao with pepita butter. Golden hour fills the gap from four onwards. There are indoor and outdoor tables, and the public is welcome to book.
