CAPE LEISURE – Restaurant

Cape Leisure Corp runs the food concession at Ichetucknee Springs State Park in Fort White, under contract with the Florida Park Service. At the park's General Store near the south entrance, a grill serves hamburgers, fries, sandwiches, wraps, salads and hand-dipped ice cream daily from about 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with slightly later weekend hours. A seasonal food trailer near Head Spring and Blue Hole, toward the north entrance, sells hot and cold meals and snacks to swimmers and tubers off the river. The same company rents tubes, kayaks and paddleboards and runs shuttle service along the Ichetucknee River.
