CAPO PAZZO – Restaurant

A family-run Sarasota pizzeria on Reynolds Street that puts New York on the sign and then backs it up: eighteen-inch rounds, Sicilian squares, and an Upside Down Brooklyn square with the sauce riding on top. Margherita, Nonna, Prosciutto Arugula, Spicy Burrata, Vodka Pesto, White Broccoli Rabe, and the Chicken, Bacon and Brad under ranch. Gluten-free crusts cover most of the range. Before any of that: garlic knots, arancini in beef bolognese, Grandma's meatballs with fresh ricotta, fried calamari, wings in Calabrian chili. Much of the pantry is imported from Italy, the burrata included. Antipasti and salads fill out the rest.
