Broadway in Woodmere gets an Italian kitchen certified kosher under the Vaad of the Five Towns and Far Rockaway, holding to Pas Yisroel, Cholov Yisroel and Yoshon standards. It works two shifts, brunch from late morning and dinner from four. The dairy kitchen leans on vegetables and pasta: roasted beet salad, quinoa and mixed greens, roasted cauliflower, homemade pappardelle with mushroom and truffle, rigatoni in vodka sauce, a straightforward margherita. Fresh Norwegian salmon anchors the fish side. Closed Friday, reopening late on Saturday night after Rabbeinu Tam. Walk-ins only, no reservations taken. Strict kashrut, and cooking that stays reliably unfussy.
