CAPRIOTTI'S SANDWICH SHOP – Restaurant

Cape Coral's Capriotti's opened at the Shops at Del Mar in April 2026, a compact shop of roughly 1,500 square feet run by first-time franchisee Jennifer Cairns. Sandwiches are built to order with a quarter more meat than standard subs: the Classic Cheesesteak, a Wagyu version using Snake River Farms beef, Capastrami with hot pastrami and Russian dressing, and The Bobbie, stacked with slow-roasted turkey, cranberry sauce and stuffing. Plant-based turkey and an Impossible cheesesteak cover the meat-free side. Salads, soups, chocolate chip cookies and brookies fill the gaps. Dine in, collect or take delivery, ten until eight every day.
