A West Colonial Drive fixture in Orlando since 1992, half Jamaican kitchen and half working bakery, with the doors open by half past seven most mornings. Breakfast runs until eleven, plated with dumplings, green bananas, yams and fried plantain. Lunch and dinner come with rice and peas or white rice, fried plantains, steamed cabbage or tossed salad, and a dumpling boiled or fried. Jerk chicken is the signature; cook-to-order dishes take fifteen or twenty minutes and repay the wait. There is a soup of the day and a shrimp and wing counter. Beef and chicken patties, rum cake, fresh juices.
