CARILLON MAIN RESTAURANT – Restaurant

The main dining room at Carillon Miami on Collins Avenue, steps from the sand, trades as The Strand: rich wood, earthy tones, gold accents and an oceanfront setting. Breakfast and lunch run daily, dinner Wednesday through Sunday, with a bar in between. The coastal American menu opens with ahi tuna crudo, panko crab cake and strawberry burratina, then moves to housemade lobster ravioli, short rib fagottini, truffle and prosciutto pizza, roasted branzino, Chilean seabass, Barolo filet mignon and a bone-in cowboy steak. A wellness table flags vegan, keto and blue-zone plates. Reservations are taken and the general public is welcome.
