The Mediterranean herb salad is a fair introduction: arugula, kale, garden herbs, quinoa, pumpkin seeds, pecans and feta under a lemon apple-cider vinaigrette. The LIV wrap folds chicken breast, avocado, quinoa, kale and jack cheese with basil pesto, and Strawberry Passion blends double strawberries, fresh apple juice, banana and honey.
