The format is fast-casual and made to order: acai bowls, crunchy avocado toast, Josh's Overnight Oats, turkey bacon power wraps, poke and Miami Vegan power bowls, healthy burgers, pita melts and loaded sweet potatoes. Smoothies, cold-pressed juices, wellness shots and barista coffee round it out, with vegan and gluten-free items flagged. The chain started in a Miami Beach gas station in 1993. Seating inside, takeout at the counter, and delivery through the brand's own app.
