CASA TULIA – Restaurant
Casa Tulia sits on 20th Street inside the Berkeley Park hotel, an Italian dining room anyone can book, trading from early breakfast straight through dinner. Mornings bring French toast, omelettes, avocado toast, smoked salmon and croissants. Evenings turn to grilled octopus, fried calamari, prosciutto with burrata, mozzarella caprese, then the pasta: four-cheese gnocchi, gnocchi aurora, pappardelle with porcini, linguine alle vongole, lobster linguine, spaghetti ai frutti di mare. Chicken marsala, piccata and saltimbocca cover the classics, red snapper and lemon salmon the fish. Tiramisu and tres leches finish. The kitchen pitches its pasta recipes as a grandmother's, inherited and unchanged.
