CASK & LARDER – Restaurant

The Southern kitchen and brewery from Ravenous Pig founders James and Julie Petrakis, transplanted inside Orlando International Airport. It reads nothing at all like the usual concourse food. Breakfast opens at five in the morning with chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits and a smoked turkey hash skillet; lunch and dinner bring smoked brisket sliders, a Southern Cuban sandwich, and fried chicken served with Georgia gouda mac and cheese. The dining room is licensed for close to two hundred seats and keeps running until the last departing flight has left. Real Southern cooking, regionally sourced, done properly and served airside.
