ZAZA CUBAN COMFORT FOOD – Restaurant

Cuban comfort food and house-roasted coffee from a family-run Central Florida group that opens early and does not slow down. Breakfast is the Casa egg sandwich and a cortadito; lunch is the Zaza Cubano or a media noche pressed to order; dinner leans on vaca frita with maduros, frijoles and white rice, or palomilla steak. Empanadas, ham croquettes and chicharrones fill the gaps, and the guava-and-cheese pastry is what people carry out. The bread gets singled out constantly — soft, fluffy, right. Small rooms, long queues, worth the shuffle.
