Las Olas Boulevard over two floors, with a rooftop lounge that takes walk-ins while the dining room takes bookings. Andre Bienvenu, once executive chef at Joe's Stone Crab, runs a kitchen split three ways: raw bar, sushi counter, steak. Allen Brothers prime beef arrives as centre-cut filet, bone-in ribeye and a fourteen-ounce New York strip. The sea sends pistachio-crusted black grouper, Chilean sea bass in coconut curry, Maine lobster and jumbo lump crab cakes. Sushi runs to a wagyu surf-and-turf roll and scallop truffle crudo. Stone crabs return in October, fresh only. Happy hour runs every afternoon at the bars.
