CAVA starts you on a base - saffron basmati rice, brown rice, black lentils, arugula or SuperGreens - then layers on dips and spreads: traditional hummus, roasted red pepper hummus, tzatziki, the tangy Crazy Feta. Proteins run grilled chicken, harissa honey chicken, grilled steak, falafel and spicy lamb meatballs. The ready-made bowls include Harissa Avocado, Greek Salad, Falafel Crunch and Steak with Harissa. Sprouted-grain pitas take the same fillings. Finish with pita chips, a house-made juice, or a dessert.
