A new arrival at Bayfront Place built for evenings that linger: modern French technique with Mediterranean warmth, and a Josper charcoal grill doing the heavy lifting. Start with moules frites, Creekstone beef tartare under quail yolk, bone marrow with escargots, charred octopus, or hamachi crudo and citrus caviar. Then lobster spaghetti with Calabrian chilis, caviar pasta, duck confit over bean cassoulet, porcini-crusted rack of lamb, dry-aged Creekstone and Wagyu cuts finished with béarnaise or périgourdine. Oysters, plateau de fruits de mer and Osetra anchor the raw bar. Happy hour runs daily from three. Resort elegant dress code — no flip-flops.
