CEBADA – Restaurant
Coral Gables' first rooftop restaurant sits above the Giralda Avenue promenade, and a recent refresh left it brighter: new greenery, umbrellas, neon and cooling misters over the deck. Chef Jorgie Ramos runs it with his father Jorge, and the cooking leans Spanish and Cuban barbecue. Paella is finished for its socarrat crust. Short rib tartare, truffle tots and a Roni and Hot Honey pizza fill out the rest. Indoors, Bar Bella pours martinis beside a raw bar of oysters and caviar. Whole hogs roast on Caja China nights; Thursdays are smoked paella. Come for the view, stay for the fire.
