Alton Road, at the quieter end of South Beach, where the ceviche list alone runs past a dozen: pescado, mixto, pulpo, conchas negras, langosta, a carretillero piled with crispy calamari and yucas, plus tricolor and trio samplers for tables that cannot choose. Causas layer potato with crab, octopus or tuna; tostones arrive stuffed with aji de gallina or shrimp acevichado. Mains stretch across lomo saltado, pargo frito, mariscos saltados, seven different chaufas, lobster ravioli and risotto de calamares en su tinta. Pisco, chicha and maracuya sours work the bar. Picarones and suspiro a la limena finish the meal off properly.
