Starters cover bone-in wings in five sauces, Bahamian conch fritters, golden brussel sprouts with soy-lime emulsion, cajun pork rinds and a local wahoo fish dip on toasted Cuban bread. Mains stretch to cajun grilled mahi with mango salsa, churrasco with chimichurri, barbecue glazed ribs and a prime ribeye. Wagyu Peruvian and Dominican chimi sliders are the sleeper order. Happy hour runs four until seven. Breakfast starts at six, with chicken and waffles and Spanish french toast.
